Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Data Analyst for a part-time, onsite role in Boston. You will focus on data management, reporting, audience segmentation, and marketing analytics to support the Annual Giving team.

You will work with a Senior Marketing Data Analyst on database management, query development, segmentation, and cross-channel campaigns, for 3–6 months on contract.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and patterns.
• Experience with data management, reporting, or analytics.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on data management and analysis.
• Create reports, queries and segmentation for campaigns.
• Coordinate data across marketing and fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to ensure data quality and consistency.
