Job summary

DivaDance Joliet is seeking a part-time instructor to lead high-energy, choreography-based dance classes for adults. You will teach to songs across pop styles, follow our brand standards, and build relationships with clients.

The role includes setting up and cleaning during shifts, coordinating with hosts, and participating in trainings and events. A video choreography submission is required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in dance, group fitness, cheer, or performance coaching.
• Previous experience teaching and choreographing adults.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, high-energy dance classes for adults that align with DivaDance brand standards.
• Partner with the class host to set up, clean, greet clients, and maintain class notes.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and fellow team members.
• Participate in team trainings, meetings, and community events.
• Represent the DivaDance brand with personality and professionalism.
