Job summary

Harris Teeter in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a part-time Dairy/Frozen Clerk responsible for processing and stocking products according to Dairy/Frozen Standards, cleaning work areas, and providing customer service. Duties include unloading stock and reloading salvage; when needed, you may perform the frozen foods clerk role.

To perform this job, candidates must be able to perform essential duties. Associates must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process and stock products according to Dairy/Frozen Standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain sanitation.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist with questions.
• Unload stock and reload salvage; perform frozen foods clerk duties when assigned.
