Arc Experience is seeking a creative Dungeons & Dragons Instructor to lead engaging sessions for students in a part-time role. You will guide campaigns, teach fundamentals, and foster teamwork through collaborative storytelling.

The role emphasizes a welcoming environment, adaptability to different ages and experience levels, and the freedom to bring personal style into gameplay. This position supports after-school programs and community activities.

Qualifications

• D&D knowledge and practical DM experience required.
• Experience teaching or mentoring youth is essential.
• Strong storytelling, improvisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage students across age ranges and experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging D&D campaigns and one-shots for various levels.
• Serve as Dungeon Master guiding stories, encounters, and role-play.
• Teach fundamentals of D&D including character creation and combat."
• Create and adapt adventures, encounters, NPCs, and storylines.
