Penn State Harrisburg's School of Business Administration, Technology Department, seeks part-time lecturers to teach Cybersecurity courses for the Spring 2027 and beyond. Candidates should have a Master’s in Cybersecurity/IT or related field; industry certifications are encouraged and college-level teaching is preferred.

Qualifications

• Earned Masters Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Cybersecurity industry certifications are encouraged.
• College-level teaching experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or two courses per semester on campus related to the Cybersecurity Analytics and Operations undergraduate program.
• Prepare course lessons, evaluate students, hold regular office hours, and become proficient with Canvas.
• Work with diverse populations and audiences.
• Submit student progress reports throughout the semester.
• Respond to administration and student emails.
