Job summary

BASIN DISPOSAL INC in Pasco, WA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to handle calls, assist customers, and support drivers.

You will respond to inquiries, gather feedback, document interactions, and maintain records while meeting service targets.

Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving are essential; you will work up to 25 hours/week, with daytime shifts 11:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of incoming calls and inquiries.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate information using the right methods/tools and follow procedures.
• Record, process, and file customer interactions and accounts.
• Escalate priority issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
