Job summary

Basin Disposal is seeking a customer-oriented service representative in Pasco, WA for a part-time, on-site role. The CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and a strong communicator.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00am–4:00pm, up to 25 hours per week, with hourly pay ranging from $23.76 to $28.22. A high school diploma and solid communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
