Gubagoo, a subsidiary of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Customer Support Representative specializing in chat interactions to strengthen our team. In this role, you will engage in online conversations with customers on behalf of our automotive dealer clients, aiming to positively represent their brand and convert conversations into leads that drive revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and assist customers with various inquiries through online chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services via chat
  • Facilitate appointment scheduling with attention to specific details

  • Develop and update a knowledge repository on the latest products and services
Work Schedule

We’re looking for team members who can commit to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM after the initial week of training.
