Entry‑level position offering a foundation in customer relationship management and operations; part-time schedule up to 28 hours/week with potential flexibility after onboarding and performance milestones.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pursuing or have a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift/carry/lower packages 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Pass drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and coordinate resources.
• Manage inventory and place/fulfill orders.
• Receive and ship inventory and execute fulfillment at the customer facility.
• Source and quote new and existing products.
• Participate in continuous improvement and new processes.
• Monetize and report the value of supply chain activities to the customer.
