Crew Carwash in Champaign, IL is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Team Member. You will greet customers, provide service recommendations, and assist with car washing while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

No prior experience is required and scheduling is flexible. The position offers competitive hourly pay with incentive opportunities, daily pay options, PTO and holidays for full-time, plus tuition reimbursement and health benefits for eligible staff.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (part-time) or 30+ hours (full-time).
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Able to push/pull loads and operate basic equipment safely.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
