Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience in Gloucester. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and ensure a clean, organized store environment with shelves well-stocked and merchandise properly stocked.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere and room for growth within the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and stock replenishment per standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
