Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Henderson, NV center. This part-time role (25 hours/week) supports customers at the counter, uses U-Scan tech, and ensures equipment rentals and returns run smoothly.

You will work afternoon shifts (including Sunday) in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within the U-Haul family.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required.
• Ability to work at the counter and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
