U-Haul International, Inc. in Henderson, NV is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face assisting customers with rentals and equipment services. The role requires working at the counter with computer systems and must have prior customer service experience.

Join a team that uses U-Scan tech to dispatch and manage inventory, with opportunities for training and advancement. This is a part-time position with some weekend hours and safety training provided.

Qualificações

• Must have computer skills and prior customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
