Planet Fitness in Sylvania, OH is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for weekend shifts (6am-2pm). You will greet members and guests, sign up new members, give tours, and assist with billing updates, ensuring a welcoming, 'Judgement Free' environment.

The role emphasizes friendly phone support, on-site member interactions, and maintaining the pristine club environment while contributing to a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.
• Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making members feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members; log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
