Planet Fitness in Midland, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences. The role includes greeting members, handling phone inquiries, member sign-ups, and maintaining a clean club environment.

The position offers a weekend afternoon shift with a $1 premium for late hours and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance where eligible, a 401(k) with match, and other employee programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service, making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones politely and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give club tours, sign up new members, log amenities.
• Communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to questions timely and professionally.
• Regularly clean the facility, bathrooms, and front desk area.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• The customer service representative will greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make members feel comfortable and welcomed!
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• The customer service representative will check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.

QualificationsQualifications and Physical Demands:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.
• Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during your shift.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.
