Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Louisville is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to handle in-store and phone orders, stock ingredients, and maintain clean equipment and work areas. You’ll engage with customers with a friendly attitude and support a fast-paced, team-based store environment.

Must be at least 16 years old and able to take and process orders accurately, both in person and over the phone. Flexible scheduling helps balance school or other activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
