Job summary

Domino's Augusta KS is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep. Accurately take and process orders and transactions in person or over the phone, and provide outstanding customer service.

Check products for accuracy against quality standards and support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. You will work with a team, follow uniform and operations standards, comply with laws, and handle sensitive information; hours include nights and weekends; must be at least 16; cross-training;

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Possess basic math and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.
• Bilingual in certain markets.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and process orders and transactions received either in person or over the phone.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards.
• Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties.
