Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support store operations at 10807 E. Beverly Blvd. You will process orders by phone and in person, stock and prepare products, and handle inventory and paperwork in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes operating equipment, handling monetary transactions, and ensuring accurate communication with customers and coworkers. On-the-job training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
