Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers
• Ability to operate computerized POS register system

Responsibilities

• Check out customers' merchandise through the POS registers.
• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Remain product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales.
• Stock and straighten shelves and pegs in the area when not ringing up products.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
