Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and hardworking team member for the role of Customer Service Attendant in Brownstown, MI. This part-time position involves engaging customers, stocking displays, and maintaining courteous service at client locations.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, ensuring proper storage of refrigerated items, and upholding food safety standards while delivering excellent service and support to our clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves and displays are stocked and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
