Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Fort Mill, South Carolina is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

You will work part-time with responsibilities including merchandise reception, stock replenishment, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
