Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate for the HELE Mililani Mauka store in Mililani, Hawaii. You will provide prompt customer service, handle POS transactions, and assist with stock, pricing, and store cleanliness.

This role offers part-time hours, benefits for part-time staff, and opportunities to grow within a Hawaii-focused retail team. You will be part of a team delivering Fuel, Food, and convenience items in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service at the store and at the pump if needed.
• Accurately ring up sales on the POS and handle cash and other payment types.
• Maintain cash controls, follow cash handling procedures and policies.
• Adhere to safety policies and shop procedures, including stock and cleanliness.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; assist with inventory checks.
• Operate and monitor equipment; participate in trainings and safety programs.
• Perform cleaning duties to keep the site tidy and functional.
• Report equipment problems as needed and work with minimal supervision.
