Job summary

Dollar Tree in La Habra, CA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

You will also receive merchandise, restock efficiently, and ensure safety and friendly interactions with customers and team members. Part-time, on-site with opportunities to grow within the store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform prolonged walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
