Job summary

Lowe's in Moultrie, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You’ll work across departments, answer questions, stock shelves, and assist with orders and deliveries. Strong communication, basic math, and computer skills are valued; bilingual abilities and prior retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other areas to enhance customer service.
• Assist with department setup (paint, plumbing, hardware, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties.
