Part-Time Customer Service Agent for a Legal Tech Firm

Description
Our client is a steadfast vigilante, protecting consumers from corporate negligence. We’re organizing collective action to empower those who have been impacted by health and environmental harm. With collective action and artificial intelligence, we’re able to identify and protect against health and environmental injustice by exposing the truth, holding the guilty accountable, and ensuring a transparent path to reparations. We envision a future where everyone who has been impacted by health and environmental lawlessness will have the tools and support to seek justice and compensation.

By reimagining the intersection of technology and law and building an AI-native legal practice, we have the ability to not only change how law is practiced but also to fundamentally reshape the legal system through the creation of an accessible, transparent path to justice and compensation.

The agent selected for the role will be handling inbound and outbound calls and walking the customers through a script and intake questionnaire to see if the consumer qualifies for legal representation for the specific case we're going after. The agent will then send a retainer agreement via HubSpot (PandaDoc).

  • Ability to problem solve - be resourceful, try to find a solution but also know when to ask for help (and hold to properly communicate to caller)

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Call: Handle incoming calls after the consumer sees a digital advertisement, walking through a script and intake questionnaire to see if the consumer qualifies for legal representation for the specific case we're going after. Send a retainer agreement via HubSpot (PandaDoc).
  • Outbound Call: The consumer fills out a form after seeing a digital advertisement and has requested a call. Walk through a script and intake questionnaire to see if the consumer qualifies for legal representation for the specific case we're going after. Send a retainer agreement via HubSpot (PandaDoc).
  • BOTH (inbound/outbound): Document information via HubSpot; logins will be provided to each rep. The goal of all calls is to complete an intake questionnaire and send a retainer agreement to get them onboarded as a client.

Nice to have
  • Prior experience
    • Experience with CRMs, bonus points for experience with HubSpot
    • Experience in law or related field is a plus
  • Understanding of legal intake process (or quickly able to pick this up)
  • Resilience & patience
  • Tech savvy
    • CRM / HubSpot (mentioned above)
    • Use of e-signature platform/ SAAS (i.e. PandaDoc, DocuSign, etc.) - we will be using PandaDoc
