Position details: This is a non-remote, in-branch role located at support locations in Oklahoma (Claremore, Vinita) and Kansas (Winfield, Wichita, Ark City).
Position summary: Provides customer service via telephone for routine inquiries and concerns regarding banking products and financial services.
Essential functions include:
Additional duties: Account inquiries, funds transfers, password resets, card research, loan payments, new account info, and more, based on knowledge and skill level.
Experience required: At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
Education and skills: High school diploma or GED; excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Management may reassign duties as needed. Employees must work a minimum of 1 year in the Call Center before applying for other positions.
