Part Time Customer Experience Specialist I

Join to apply for the Part Time Customer Experience Specialist I role at RCB Bank.

Position details: This is a non-remote, in-branch role located at support locations in Oklahoma (Claremore, Vinita) and Kansas (Winfield, Wichita, Ark City).

Position summary: Provides customer service via telephone for routine inquiries and concerns regarding banking products and financial services.

Essential functions include:

  1. Assisting customers and branches with technical support for Bank products like Online Banking, IVR, ITM, etc.
  2. Handling inquiries by retrieving account information electronically, ensuring compliance with Bank and legal requirements.
  3. Resolving customer concerns and difficult problems, escalating to supervisors as needed.
  4. Promoting and educating customers about products to enhance their banking experience.
  5. Navigating tracking and troubleshooting systems, analyzing problems, and providing solutions.

Additional duties: Account inquiries, funds transfers, password resets, card research, loan payments, new account info, and more, based on knowledge and skill level.

Experience required: At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.

Education and skills: High school diploma or GED; excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Management may reassign duties as needed. Employees must work a minimum of 1 year in the Call Center before applying for other positions.
