Dollar Tree in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, helpful shopping experiences. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload deliveries, and maintain clean, safe store conditions.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time schedule with physical duties in a retail environment. Eligible for benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain the cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
