Job summary

Kroger is seeking a part-time Indy Part Time Customer Service Delivery Driver to deliver customer orders in Indianapolis, IN, on-site. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring safe driving and top-quality service.

You'll follow Kroger's standards, maintain temperature guidelines for foods, and keep customers informed about delivery status while supporting fellow drivers as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• DOT medical exam must be passed annually.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers while serving as brand ambassador.
• Discuss Kroger's Seamless Experience and delivery process with customers.
• Maintain professionalism and personal presentation when interacting with customers.
• Drive company vehicle safely per Kroger standards.
• Ensure on-time delivery in good condition and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer communication en route for changes or issues.
