Job summary

Harris Teeter in Charleston, SC is seeking a part-time team member to provide outstanding customer service and support in-store operations. You will assist customers, handle cashier tasks, and help with lightweight store accounting duties as needed.

The role requires strong English communication, 18+ age, and willingness to complete required training. This position offers flexible hours aligned with store needs and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Associates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Complete Company training including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, customer service clerk technical skills, floor monitor technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Perform store accounting office duties including bookkeeping and related tasks.
• May serve as on-duty floor monitor, customer service clerk, cashier, and/or bagger as needed.
