Qualifications

• Some customer service experience or knowledge
• Clear, effective, and professional communication skills for speaking over the phone, through text, and over email
• Positive attitude and pleasant customer service skills
• Flexibility to work some weekends and nights as needed
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Responsibilities

• Answer customers' questions and schedules appointments for HVAC services.
• Speak with customers over the phone, text, and email to assist with needs.
• Troubleshoot basic problems when able.
• Stay in touch with service technicians to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Support customer satisfaction and field service activities at entry level.
