Job summary

Carvana is seeking energetic Customer Advocates in Orlando to help reinvent the car buying experience. With at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, you will greet customers at our Carvana Vending Machine on-site, complete paperwork, and log notes in our tracking system.

The role offers an hourly starting rate of $17, with raises up to $19 and regular merit increases every 90 days. Hours are 1pm–9pm, six days a week, and eligibility for growth, 401(k) with match, PTO, and wellness

• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers at Carvana's vending machine.
• Complete customer paperwork and log notes in the tracking system.
• Address questions or minor issues related to the vending process.
• Maintain a safe driving record per Carvana policies.
• Obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).
• Satisfy state DMV/title and registration system requirements.

• Pay Range: $17-$19 hourly
• Starting Pay: $17/hr
• At 3 Months: $17.50/hr

About The Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

• Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for our customers; you’ll be the face of Carvana when customers come onsite to our car Vending Machine
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system
• Swiftly address any customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
• Candidates must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). • Candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.
• California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (Process sponsored by Carvana).
  
  

General Qualifications And Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine. You will work in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
• Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs.
• Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. Reasonable accommodations may be granted to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
