Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Retail Specialist at our Allentown-Whitehall store to help customers find framing solutions and manage everyday store operations.

You will greet customers, build relationships, complete framing orders on time, operate the cash register, and support omni-channel processes while maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment. Prior retail experience is preferred; basic computer and measuring skills are required.
