Position Details

This is a 12-month custodial position with 4-hour shifts, no weekends, and includes an additional 29 cents per hour stipend. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and an excellent retirement plan.

Responsibilities

This role involves routine manual labor such as cleaning, security, operation of custodial equipment, minor repairs, and assisting with special events and groundskeeping. Duties include floor care, trash removal, restroom sanitation, light repairs, snow removal, and furniture setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Millard Custodian I preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours and locations

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 60 lbs., pushing/pulling, climbing, reaching, handling, speaking, hearing, and visual acuity
