Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the property per schedule.
• Assist in identifying long- and short-term cleaning/repair projects.
• Perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with snow and ice removal from sidewalks and entryways.
• Prepare rooms for rental and ensure spaces are ready for occupancy.
