Job summary

Lightcast in Moscow, Idaho is hiring a part-time Custodian to maintain a clean and safe office environment. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PT at our headquarters, with a focus on reliability and pride in a consistently tidy workspace.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices and common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and conference rooms; disposing waste; replenishing supplies; and supporting basic maintenance and snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of custodial experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Experience with general cleaning, mopping, waste disposal, and sanitization.
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong communication, reliability, and work ethic.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, breakrooms including kitchen area, conference rooms, and restrooms.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and kitchen supplies.
• Report and assist with minor facility maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, secure, and hazard-free workplace.
• Support exterior upkeep, including snow removal and basic weed maintenance as needed.
• Complete assigned duties reliably and help maintain a professional, business-ready environment.
