CornerClean, LLC is seeking a dependable Part-Time Custodian to maintain two commercial office buildings in Creedmoor, NC.

You will perform routine cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, and shared areas on a consistent weekly schedule across two locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or janitorial work experience required.
• Ability to work independently following detailed instructions.
• Reliable transportation to Creedmoor job sites.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain two office buildings on a set schedule across two locations.
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners.
• Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces (doors, handles, switches, fixtures).
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and dispensers.
• Clean breakrooms and kitchens, including countertops and appliances.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and traffic areas.
• Sweep and mop hard floors; clean edges and corners.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and entryways.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Complete occasional detailed cleaning and floor care tasks as assigned.
• Follow cleaning checklists and maintain quality standards.

Part-Time Custodian - $13-$15/hr

Location: Creedmoor, NC (Granville County)

Schedule: Must be available for all shifts listed

• Firstlocation: Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons 1-3pm
• Second location: Wednesday evenings 4-7pm & Saturday mornings 8-11am

Pay: $13-$15/hour (DOE)
