Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Part Time Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and follow all safety rules and procedures.

The role requires ability to drive to various sites and support a team, with emphasis on professional conduct and reliable attendance. No strict education requirements; 3–6 months experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs
• forklift certification may be required
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals and their safe use

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily schedule tasks
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain clean work area and report hazards or incidents
• Follow safety rules, company procedures and policies
• Communicate professionally with team, supervisors and customers
• Possess ability to drive to multiple locations as needed
