Job summary

UIDC seeks a dependable custodian to maintain cleanliness in designated areas including restaurant, deli and employee spaces. Duties cover sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom disinfection, window washing and trash removal to keep the facility orderly.

Applicants should have at least 6 months custodial experience, be able to read instructions, work independently, and be 21+ with eligibility for a Class I Gaming License. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months custodial or comparable experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to work alone and manage multiple priorities.
• 21 years of age or older; must obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas, restaurant, deli, and employee spaces daily.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, disinfect restrooms, wash windows.
• Empty trash inside and outside; maintain floors and carpets.
• Clean restrooms and guest showers; use ladders if needed.
• Provide service to Restaurant, Deli and Store and assist in premises cleanup.
• Maintain floors with manual mopping and floor machine; keep carpets tidy.
