Qualifications

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions, including safety labels and directions.
This position requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent and janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas on a daily or scheduled basis.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors, carpets, and other surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, and equipment.
Restock restroom and break room supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)
Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or repairs issues to the Office Manager or designated supervisor.
Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for meetings, trainings, and events.
