SBM Managementis looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We aresearching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for custodial members that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins,transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
• Lightmaintenance (replace light bulbs, restocksupply cabinet/room)

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus, not required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Shift:

Sun-Wed & Wed-Sat: 8:00pm-6:30am

Sun-Wed & Wed-Sat: 9:00pm-7:30a

Compensation: $14.50-$15.50 per hour
