Qualifications

• One year of general housekeeping or laundry experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming, waste removal.
• Operate buffer, stripper, waxer, vacuums, and carpet cleaning machines.
• Clean walls, windows, light fixtures, and restrooms.
• Operate laundry equipment and sort, load, and deliver laundry.
• Inspect clothing for cleanliness; mend as needed and monitor supplies.
• May secure building and replace bulbs; assist with light grounds tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
