Sterling Pointe Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to join our growing team. The role is part-time evening shifts (4pm-7pm) with every-other-weekend coverage. Wage ranges from $15.50 to $20.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for wage increases during annual reviews.

Located near Princeton, MN in a Lifespark Senior Living Community, the job focuses on assisting in meal service and maintaining a warm environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, promoting resident well-being.
• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays as needed.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to ensure a steady supply of clean utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
