Job summary

Silverado North Shore is hiring a part-time Culinary Aide to help create a warm, nourishing dining experience for residents. You will assist with food prep, dishwashing, and delivering meals while maintaining clean service areas.

The role supports residents with compassion, requiring reliability, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position offers paid training and competitive benefits in a celebrated memory care setting.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is necessary.
• Willingness to work with residents with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
• Ability to walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Schedule:

Part Time - Tu/Wed 10am-6:30pm

Anticipated pay range: $15 — $19 USD
