Job summary

American Health Imaging in Anderson, SC is seeking a Part-Time CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include screening, positioning, contrast administration, image quality assurance, and collaboration with radiologists and staff. Part-time schedule requires 2 days per week, with hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM as needed by business

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
  • ARRT certification (CT registry).
  • Current license from state medical board (if applicable).
  • Current CPR certification.

  • Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
  • Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
  • Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Part-Time CT Technologist at American Health Imaging Anderson

Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring 2 days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The specific workdays will be scheduled based on business needs and availability.

Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
  • Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly
