Budget Rent a Car in Grand Island is seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives for evening shifts at the airport. The role closes reservations, inspects vehicles, and prepares cars for rental while offering flexible evening hours up to midnight.

Budget emphasizes a team-oriented culture with rewards for contribution. Base pay plus commissions, plus benefits including PTO, sick time, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K matching, paid holidays and holiday pay.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Professional communication skills are required.
• Problem resolution experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and address customer inquiries.
• Perform sales and educate customers on product details.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage.
• Report damages to on-duty supervisors.
• Scan returning vehicles back into system.
• Provide computerized receipts to customer.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, pricing and promotions.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and areas when needed.

Description

We have openings for a couple part-time CSR's for evenings at the airport in Grand Island. This role would be closing reservations, inspecting vehicles, and preparing cars for rental. Open availability is preferred for evening hours up up to 12am.

Job Duties

• Greet customers and address customer inquiries
• Perform sales and educate customers on product details
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
• Report damages to on-duty supervisors
• Scan returning vehicles back into system
• Provide computerized receipts to customer
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills
• Problem resolution experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
