Qualifications

• Must have one year experience in a Poison Center and CSPI certification.
• CSPI certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 poison information and triage guidance to health professionals and the public.
• Coordinate poison services, referrals, documentation, and follow-up per SETPC/TPCN guidelines.
• Mentor staff, orient specialists, and participate in training and education.
• Contribute to poison center research, quality assurance, and committee activities.
• Prepare and deliver timely information and support during potentially harmful exposures.
