Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Part-time CRNA or Anesthesiology Assistant to join the Anesthesiology Department and provide anesthesia care to cancer patients under physician supervision. The role offers flexibility with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts and potential late call with additional pay.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree, is trained through an approved CRNA/AA program, and maintains BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• The job requires a Master's degree and completion of a CRNA or AA training program.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience in perioperative anesthesia care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preoperative anesthetic evaluations and collaborates on anesthesia plans.
• Assist with induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia under supervision.
• Responds to intraoperative changes and manages emergencies per ASA guidelines.
• Maintains accurate anesthetic records and contributes to post-anesthesia care.
