Job summary

The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia (CSBMG) seeks a part-time Transportation Coordinator in Dublin, GA. The role supports clients by coordinating safe, reliable transport to appointments and services in a structured program.

You will collaborate with clinical and support staff, manage schedules, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining strong communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe and reliable transportation for individuals to and from appointments and services.
• Maintain transportation schedules and confirm pickups/drop-offs.
• Submit accurate transportation documentation per policies.
• Monitor vehicle safety, inspections, and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to prioritize transportation needs.
• Communicate effectively with individuals served, families, and team members.
