Little Caesars in Dillon, SC is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Crew Members (Part-Time) to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and serve food, and keep a clean, safe dining area.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment with flexible scheduling. Prior food-service experience is a plus, but we welcome beginners who are dependable and eager to learn. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth where applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and crew members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
• Assist in food preparation activities, such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking menu items.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including food preparation surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Restock and replenish food items, supplies, and condiments as needed.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly, following established cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with Crew members to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including coordinating with kitchen staff and servers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
