Job summary

Little Caesars in Seneca, SC is seeking a Crew Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will help prepare pizzas and other menu items while delivering friendly service and maintaining quality standards.

As a Crew Member, you will follow recipes and station helpers, uphold safety and cleanliness, and work flexible hours based on store needs. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.
• Ability for twisting of the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
• Ability for bending of the back up to a minimum of 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards and the restaurant procedures.
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes and procedures.
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other areas to maintain restaurant standards.
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook.
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
